The flag of Campana was inaugurated on 6 July 2005 during the celebration of the 120th anniversary of the establishment of the municipality. The flag was designed by Victoria Breglia and Julieta Bustos, from 9th "C" class of EGB No. 30.

The flag is horizontally divided celeste blue-light gray-green, the stripes being separated by a thin red line symbolizing autonomy. In the middle of the flag is placed an emblem. Blue is a reference to the national flag, while green recalls the natural resources. The emblem is divided in four quarters, the first, blue and yellow [bendy], representing the Costa family, the second with the Zárate bridge, the third, back and yellow [gyronny], representing the Campbell family, and the fourth, blue with a yellow fleur-de-lis, representing St. Florentina, the town's patron saint, and also shown on the arms of the Costa family. The shield is framed by a gear wheel symbolizing the industrial development of the town.
