Description of the flag

This flag may be more of a banner (it has small half-moon cuts/vents in it to allow for air flow, so it doesn't flap in the wind too much) than a flag. A 92Y banner posted near a national U.S. flag.

In 1874 the "Young Men's Hebrew Association" now on 92nd Street in New York City, NY (USA) was founded. Because of its address, it is now popularly called the "92nd Street Y" or "92Y" or even simply "The Y".
