| Remarks: | The older version of the flag shows an elaborate shield; however, I have not found clear enough photographs of this one to reconstruct a gif. A newer version of the flag shows a simple shield with brown-cuffed forearms; this is the one I drew. The current, official version of the arms contains totally white forearms; however, this has has obviously not yet appeared on the flag. |
