Description of arms (German): In blauem Schild zwei silberne schräg nach oben gerichtete unterschiedlich bekleidete Arme, über einem silbern bordierten österreichischen Bindenschild die Hände ineinander legend.
Blazoning of arms (English): Azure, two arms chevronwise Argent vested differently, the hands clasping each other, over an escutcheon fimbriated Argent: Gules, a fess Argent.
Adoption date of arms: 14 September 2009, in force 2 October 2009, based on the arms used traditionally (seal first attested in 14th century)

Remarks: The older version of the flag shows an elaborate shield; however, I have not found clear enough photographs of this one to reconstruct a gif. A newer version of the flag shows a simple shield with brown-cuffed forearms; this is the one I drew. The current, official version of the arms contains totally white forearms; however, this has has obviously not yet appeared on the flag.
