Flag of Fitzroy Shire

This image of the Fitzroy Shire flag was in my old archive. I now found the same image in their official website, but there is no explanation about it, and not even a mention of a flag. However, I remember that when I found this image for the first time there was some notice about adopting this flag. The shire logo is very similar, but is in vertical position.
