Description of the flag

A green flag with a yellow wavy band across the centre, bearing ermine spots, above and below three city bells, arranged 2 and 1.

I believe this was either the flag of Nepean Township or the City of Nepean, which was adopted in 1970, I believe, and used until it was granted a new flag in 1990, before amalgamation with Ottawa in 2001.
