Ringelai Coat of Arms

Shield Azure parted by a fess wavy Argent, over all a borderstone Or, issuant from base a triplemount Argent charged with a trefoil Vert.
Meaning:
Fess wavy and triplemount are alluding to the location between the Ohe, a river, and the Geistlichenstein, a mountain. The trefoil is symbolsing agriculture. The borderstone is referring to the fact that the border between the Bishopric of Passau and the Electorate of Bayern had been in the village until 1803.
