Shield Argent, issuant from base a mount Gules parted by furrows Or, standing on mount a farmer, dressed Azure with hat Sable, scattering grain Or out of a cloth Argent, in dexter chief three birds volant Sable.
Meaning:
The first local stamp from 1764 in an oval rococo shield already displayed the current pattern. It is connecting a seed plot, referring to the municipality's name, with a "free farmer". The current arms are based on a draft of Otto Hupp.
