Shield parted per bend sinister wavy. Above right Azure a ram's head caboshed Argent armed Or, beneath left Or, a minuscule "b" Azure with a crosslet at its top.
Meaning:
The ram's head is taken from the arms of the former Hausen im Tal municipality, alluding to the local rulers, which also had a ram's head in their arms. The minuscule with cross is taken from the arms of Beuron Abbey. The bend sinister wavy is alluding to the Donau River (Danube) and also to Thiergarten village, located on both banks of the river, on the left hand side belonging to Hohenzollern as part of Vilsingen, later incorporated into Inzigkofen, and the right hand side belonging to Baden as part of Gutenzell later incorporated into Sigmaringen city. Thiergarten was added to Beuron and (re-)united in 1978. Beuron and Hausen merged before on 1 January 1974, published in GABl 84/1974.
