It is a white-blue vertical bicolour. The coat of arms is either shifted towards the top (see left image above) or in a white bannerhead (see right image above).

Fridolfing Coat of Arms

Shield Or an abased bar wavy Azure, issuant from bar a demi-lion rampant Sable tongued Gules.
Meaning:
The lion is a differentiation of the arms of the Archbishopric of Salzburg, which ruled the area until 1803. The village had been seat of several authorities of the archbishopric until 1608, when the were transferred to Tittmoning. The bar wavy is a representation of the Salzach River at the eastern edge of the municipality, being also the border to Austria.

The arms were approved on 20 January 1965 by Minister of Interior of Bayern. The banners have never been approved officially.
