One of my favourites (design-wise) fake fascist flag has to be the flag of Richard III as seen in the movie with the same title, starring Ian McKellen. It featured a rather mean looking boar's head surrounded by a wreath on a white disc, on a field of red (looking just like the
Nazi flag). In case anyone hasn't seen it, the movie was based on the classic Shakespeare story of Richard III, set in a fictional 1930s fascist Britain.

I'd like
to point out that the personal badge of the real Richard III was azure, a
sanglier (i.e. a wild boar) argent – tusked, hoofed, spined, and tailed or
– statant on a mount vert. The "mean-looking boars" on the flag no doubt
relate to this symbol.
