The Moroccan National Olympic Committee (CNOM) uses its logo on a white
background as its committee flag.

The logo itself, according to https://www.cnom.org.ma/index.php/fr/logo-et-drapeau, is just a representation of the national flag between the Olympic Rings and the royal crown.
