Gbudue state probably kept the symbols of Western Equatoria State:

I have a photo of a flag with a pineapple emblem.

Gbudwe State was one of the states established by the 2 October 2015 presidential decree, later being revoked disestablishing it on 22 February 2020. Based on the images located, the flag was white with a pineapple in the center (same as the Western Equatoria state symbol which existed before, just without the green circle behind it). However, it appears the flag may have also read GBUDWE STATE underneath based on the limited views; as such it remains undrawn as of now.

The state also used the Western Equatoria flag (white field with a green circle over it carrying a pineapple), at least around the start time of its establishment as based on images of its governor.

Emblem

The state emblem was derived from the Western Equatoria state symbol of a pineapple. However, the government of the state also used the pineapple symbol by itself, maybe with added text. The state emblem is as follows: of circular form, having in its center a photograph of a pineapple growing on its plant over the ground. In its outer ring (which is green), REPUBLIC OF SOUTH SUDAN (above) and GBUDUE STATE - YAMBIO (below), Yambio being its state capital. The outermost ring was white. Pineapples are a known product of the region as they are grown on a large scale here.
