Jubek State

The state was one of those created by presidential decree on 2 October 2015, later revoked and disestablished on 22 February 2020. Since the Jubek State flag and emblem were the same as the Central Equatorian flag which they were previously a part of, both symbols may have been technically adopted as early as 2015. Based on images, the rhino faced the hoist side. The state flag is green with the state emblem over it.

Technically, the emblem may have been adopted as early as 2015. The emblem is the same as the Central Equatorian one: a green outline of a white oval depicting a black rhinoceros in its center. The black rhinoceros used to roam in these areas, but does not exist here anymore.
