Upper Nile State

The Upper Nile state was a short-lived state which used its badge on white field as a flag.

Ulang County is located in Upper Nile State and recently adopted its own flag. The flag comprises three unequal horizontal stripes of gold, dark blue and gold with the emblem of the county in the centre of the blue stripe. A black isosceles triangle is at the hoist with eight 5-pointed white stars placed along the edge of the top and bottom arms.
