Description of the flag

A diagonal triband flag with a central wide red stripe, lower hoist white, upper fly blue, and the town seal in the canton position.  The seal is yellow with red lining, but is barely decipherable on the image. A clearer illustration of the seal can be found at www.salisbury-ma.com/Images/SalisburySeal.gif. Salisbury is in Essex County.
