A white flag with two narrow blue wavy lines near the top and bottom. In the center is the town seal, surrounded by a red circle with names PEQUOSETTE and WATERTOWN in yellow letters, white hands in a handshake hold between the words, and a blue ribbon at the bottom with IN PACE CONDITA (Built in peace) written in yellow. The seal appears to show the meeting of Europeans and natives and the date 1630. Watertown is in Middlesex County.

I did find that this design was used only on desk flags; full-sized flags
were in full-color.

A formerly used variant of the flag exists, with the seal using blue details
instead. I have added an image of a copy of this flag which I have in my
collection and a rough drawing. This specific copy is probably from the early
'90s or late '80s.
