Description of the flag

A white flag, with the village logo centered. The logo is a blue rimmed circle, filled white, with green letters R and O partly overprinted, the R standing on three wavy blue lines and in the O arising from the waves a blue tree. According to www.riverleaohio.com/news/yr2005/feb05.htm the logo was designed by Jane Neff Trucksis, curator of the Worthington Historical Society.
