A red flag with a white-line image of an Indian in full headdress in the center.

I am guessing this is Peters Township in Washington County, as it seems to use an Indian arrowhead in red and white as its logo. There might be a theme there. There is another Peters Township in Franklin County, but I did not find a web page for that one.
