The flag is blue with the seal centered. It is based on this photo.

The image differs from the photo: the border of the central emblem is white, with the ornamental circle in black or very dark green and the outermost fimbriation in the same dark color on the photo, while on the image, the border is black, the ornamental circle is red and the fimbriation is in white (innermost), red and black (outermost). Or there might be two variants of the flag?

I couldn't find this tribal logo in different colors. I guess it appears only on flags, and image I sent might be mock image, just to show how it should look.
