January 2022The city changed its name in December 2020.
The logo is the old Asbestos logo, repurposed for the new name.
I
could only find a picture with a corner of the new flag, but assuming it follows
the pattern of the Asbestos flag, it is the city logo on white.
Dave Fowler, 30 January
2020
The flag uses black text, although signs can use gray text:

A photo from Jim Croft's collection appears in a 2000 issue of Flagscan [fsc]. It is red with the arms and other
details.

The former Town of Asbestos was a separate municipality until 1999, when it
was merged with the Municipality of Trois-Lacs to create the new Town of
Val-des-Sources. It is located in the MRC Les Sources, in the Region of Estrie,
Quebec.
