The Air Minister's Efficiency Pennant was awarded every three months during
in the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan in World War II, to participating
training schools in Canada, for the highest standards of efficiency among
schools of their categories in the previous three months. The pennants were
authorized to be flown for three months, after which they could be displayed in
the schools' administrative offices.
