Overview

It seems that its flag has been changed, its new flag has vertical stripes, light green, white and darker green. Proportions of stripes are: 1:3:5. Coat of arms of municipality is placed on white stripe.

I am quite sure that this flag is of municipality, and I have not found any other flag image of department that it is presented on FOTW-ws.
