The 
territorial symbols of the commune of Burlacu are prescribed by Decree No. 113 
signed on 10 June 2021 by the President of the Republic and published on 14 June 
2021 in the official gazette of the Republic of Moldova, No. 146.
Article 
1.
The territorial symbols of the commune of Burlacu, district of Cahul, 
approved by Decision No. 03/08 issued on 19 May 2021 by the Communal Council of 
Burlacu, shall be registered in the General Armorial of the Republic of Moldova:
a) coat of arms and flag of the commune of Burlacu (Appendices No. 1 and 2);
b) coat of arms and flag of the village of Burlacu, commune of Burlacu 
(Appendices No. 3 and 4);
c) coat of arms and flag of the village of Spicoasa, 
commune of Burlacu (Appendices No. 5 and 6).

Coat of 
arms of the commune of Burlacu, district of Cahul
Or two shepherd's staffs 
sable crossed in saltire superimposed by an amphora proper in pale.
The 
shield surmounted by a communal vineyard crown.
Appendix No. 2
Flag of the commune of Burlacu, district of Cahul
The 
flag is a square yellow cloth, charged in the center with two black shepherd's 
staffs crossed in saltire superimposed by an amphora proper in pale.
