About the flag

The flag of Drochia district was designed by S. Andriesh-Tabac, artist - J. Kaminsky. The flag was approved by the National Heraldry Commission on July 17, 2008 (not approved by the district council). The blue cloth depicts a bustard with a golden ear in its beak.

The flag was published in the "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" 2015. Anul XXII, 6 Martie.
