About the flag

The flag of Stefan Voda district was approved by the district council on December 3, 2004 (approved by the national heraldry commission on January 28, 2005). The author of the flag is S. Andriesh-Tabac, the artist is Marianna Shlapak.

The materials from the book "SIMBOLURILE NATIONALE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA" were used

The flag is vertically divided red on the hoist half, 14 green and yellow horizontal stripes on the fly half; over all a shield counterchanged with a yellow grape vine in the red half.
