The flag of Majuro Atoll Local Government is seen on their Facebook page at
https://www.facebook.com. It is horizontally banded blue-orange-white-blue
with a yellow triangle bearing a white flying bird in a ring of 11 white stars.
I have visited Majuro three times before and seen the flag.

The flag can also be seen at https://marshallislandsjournal.com/tag/jiba-kabua/page/2, where it is shown as a blue flag with a horizontal red over white band, together one-third height, and extending from the hoist an orange triangle with a flying white bird surrounded by 11 white stars.
