It consists of the TDC logo on an orange field. No further information

I used the logo on an orange background that has existed since cc 2013 (as
found then on Internet, but it may be older). However, if the individual on the
photo uses this flag, I have not seen evidence that it is used at the council or
on the municipal beaches and it seems to be drawn after the current change of
logo.

This 1992 logo
appears to match the font style written on the
TDC house (date unknown in the 1990s).
