Flag

The village of Richmond held a flag contest in April 2022 for a municipal flag design to celebrate its sesquicentennial. The contest had 50 entries, and the Community Development Committee chose a contest winner, from which the final flag was developed. The flag was originally designed by a girl named Riley, a 3rd grade student at Richmond Grade School. The official design was presented at the Sesquicentennial Celebration on September 17, 2022.
