Description of the flag

Gas City did have a flag at one point decades ago for a former festival known as "Boom Town" to celebrate Gas City's history as an oil town but the flag's current whereabouts are unknown. The only details the clerk was able to recall were that the flag had the name of the festival on it and said flag did NOT have the town seal on it.
