Description of the flag

The town of Mooresville has a white flag with the seal centered, in black and "Spanish Yellow".

In NAVA's 150 US city flags survey, I came across the term Spanish Yellow many times, and indeed it becomes familiar when dealing with US color descriptions. The usual rendition is Y+, which is not the color of the middle stripe of the Spanish national flag, which is plain yellow, Y.
