Description of the flag

The flag of Onondaga County, NY, is white with the seal in blue centered, and the name arched above in gold, and state name below in gold.

It seems to be a 3:5 plain white flag with the county seal rendered in darker blue on white monochrome with its diameter approx. 3/5ths of the flag’s height; arched above it the words "ONONDAGA COUNTY" in slightly smaller golden serifless capitals, and along the bottom edge "STATE OF NEW YORK", set likewise.
