Description of the flag

I would like to thank my friend Gyro for going to Henrietta Town Hall in-person just to send this to us. The flag is technically a banner because it hangs down from a bar, but I thought it was good enough.

The banner consists of what I think is an alternate town seal (which I couldn't find online) on a dark blue bedsheet. The banner has a yellow border.
