Description of the flag

A white flag with a narrow blue diagonal from lower hoist to upper fly and a large red ring bearing "SHELBY", "18", "34" and "OHIO". Inside the ring, the white area is divided into four sectors by narrow blue lines: the upper states "Gamble's Mill", the hoist side shows a factory, the fly side shows a building with a spire, the lower sector shows a running dog.
