The city of Holladay, Utah, has informed me that it does not have a flag.

The flag consists of the logo, a green circle with a white H in it whose center 
piece is a leaf, centered on a white field. 
Holladay is a city in Salt 
Lake County, Utah and had a population of 31,965 as of the 2020 census. It was 
settled in 1847 by pioneer John Holladay but wasn't incorporated until November 
1999.
