Bandera Vecinal (Local Flag) is a nationalist political party established as the merger of Alternative Social (AS - Social Alternative) and groups of patriots and organizations. It highest reference and Leader in the National Order is Alejandro Carlos Biondini (Kalki), "an honest politician of stainless trajectory, who was persecuted".
The party has a youth movement, Juventud Nacionalista Darwin Passaponti (Nationalist Youth Darwin Passaponti) and a women's organization, Mujeres de Bandera Vecinal (Women of Local Flag).

The "honest" Biondini (b. 1956) is a well-known neo-Nazi activist, founding president of the banned Partido del Nuevo Triunfo. Biondini recently claimed that the suppression of Israel is a prerequisite to the set up of peace in the Middle East. He further announced that if he were elected President of the Republic, he would expel the British and Israeli embassies and push a law declaring Zionism as an anti-Argentine activity.
