Coat of arms of Pale

The coat of arms of Pale is prescribed in Article 7 of the Municipal Statutes Statut Opštine Pale (text), adopted on 30 July 2005 by the Municipal Assembly and published in the Town of Istočno Sarajevo official gazette Službene novine Grada Istočno Sarajevo, No. 7, as follows:

The symbol of the municipality is in a shield shape, coloured in three colours - the colours of the flag of Republika Srpska.
The contents and rules of use of the symbol shall be determined by the Municipal Assembly with a separate Decision.

The coat of arms is "Azure a castle argent, in the chief gules a snowflake cross (a cross ragully) of the second and the base dancety of the same inscribed with the name of the municipality.
