Haskovo is the capital of the province of Haskovo.  A white flag bearing the coat of arms. The coat of arms was designed by Boril Karaivanov and Emanuil Manolov, and was adopted on 29 June 1995.

Municipality of Dimitrovgrad, Province of Haskovo
The flag of Dimitrovgrad was designed by Hristo Tanev and was adopted on 19 Sep 2001. The flag has two sides: on the obverse the sign, which contains the first Glagolitic letter A is drawn (a similar design Hristo Tanev used for the flag of Stara Zagora and for the logo of the ultra nationalistic party Ataka); on the reverse after the same style the fragment of the logo of the municipality is drawn.

I found two versions of the flag. In my opinion, the flag with a colored coat of arms is now used, while the earlier version had a red coat of arms. The flag with the blue coat of arms is obviously an even earlier version.

The flag according to Bulgarian standards can be seen in the photos with dimensions of 3:5. The coat of arms that Ivaylovgrad used 10 years ago had a red star that was replaced with a yellow one.
