About the Flag of Mariana

It is a 2:3 dark green over yellow diagonally (bottom hoist to upper fly) divided flag with a coat of arms centered on it. The coat of arms is per fess wavy of one (symbolizing a mountain) Azure and Gules a wavy fess Or in counter chief under a five pointed estoile of the same and a Latin cross of the same issuant on the 1st between and above two five pointed estoiles of the same. Mural crown Or with three visible towers, for supporters two field workers in local attire (?) and scroll Azure reading in Or "Vrbs mea cellula mater".
