The coat of arms of Urubici is prescribed by Municipal Law No. 46 promulgated on 6 September 1968.

Article 1.
The coat of arms of the municipality of Urubici is as follows: in the center, a letter "U" featuring in its lower part the valley of Rio Canoas and the river with its meanders.
The lateral parts of letter "U", the initial of the municipality's name, feature the mountains adjacent to the valley. On top of the letter are featured three araucarias, native from the region. The central part, the sides and the top are protected by a crown symbolizing the people's force and the municipality's resources.
In base, a stripe matches the lower edge of the "U", inscribed "URUBICI".
