About the Flag of Votorantim

This image as shown on the municipal web page is likely cropped, by comparison with other Brazilian municipal flags. The municipal page describes it as "in a blue field, cut by two stripes and two colors, yellow-gold and red, repeating the colors contained in the arms, in the center one lozenge with a white field, with its points along in the horizontal and vertical bands having in the center, a reproduction of the coat of arms."
