Description of the flag

The flag seems to be 1:2 with four irregular horizontal stripes, emulating a highly stylized landscape. From the top, light blue, green, dark blue and black. The green stripe is separated from its neighbours by a thick black line, and its meeting line with dark blue is irregularly wavy, like calm waves lapping on a (blue?) beach. Emerging from the green stripe onto the light blue one, a yellow sun disc, also thickly lined in black, and so does the a white stylized goose (?) flying to the upper hoist, its posterior body half overlapping the sun disc at "12 to 2 o'clock". On the black stripe, the lettering "Bonnyville" set in "Benguiat light" typeface.
