Description of the flag

The flag of the Township of Chapleau, Ontario, is white with township coat of arms in blue on it. The coat of arms shows a shield with a moose and "INDUSTRY" above, "PROSPERITY" below, and three maple leafs further below. Above the shield a beaver as a crest. On the both sides of the shield maple leafs branches. Above the shield "TOWNSHIP OF CHAPLEAU" arched, and below "CHAPLEAU, ONT."
