Description of the flag

Flag is a logo on white.
Dave Fowler, 7 March 2022

The logo, which was adopted in 2001 to replace the previous logo adapted in 1999, features in the center a double "F" shaped like birds. This highlights the municipality as a residential place integrated to its natural environment and respecting its environmental responsibility. The two birds emphasize the harmonious settlement of the territory by the two important communities, the French-speakers and the English-speakers.
Number "1792" recalls the canton's first settlement, debunking the myth of a young suburb lacking history.
Red recalls the color used by Loyalists to paint their houses; the typography matches that commonly used in the late 18th century.
