About the flag

Río Hurtado is a commune in the IV Region of Coquimbo in Chile. Its flag consists of a green field in the center of which has a symbol that represents goats and a bunch of grapes that represents the agriculture of the area. Under these symbols, it incorporates the words "Río Hurtado Illustrious Municipality" in white.

I share a link where you can see a photo of the flag raised next to the Chilean one: https://www.elobservatodo.cl/noticia/gobierno-regional/mas-de-75000-cabezas-de-ganado-se-preparan-para-retornar-desde-las-veranad.
