from bottom over all a white horizontal stripe of 1/4 flagheight charged
at center with a red Maltese cross; in top center two white swans opposing,
beaked and legged yellow (and loving each other dearly...)

site, with Coat of Arms: like flag; the white stripe replaced by a ploughiron.
