Shield Gules, parted by a bend wavy Argent, charged with an oak leaf Vert, in sinister chief a 6-spokes wheel Argent, in dexter base a cogwheel Argent.
Meaning:
Bend wavy and leaf are referring to the location between the Aschaff River and the Spessart, a forest. Together they are canting. The wheel is taken from the arms of the Archbishopric of Mainz, to which Waldaschaff historically belonged. The cogwheel is symbolising industrialisation.
