Breitengüßbach Coat of Arms

Shield Argent parted per pale but shifted to sinister, at dexter Argent a farmer, dressed Azure with hat Sable, shirt and stockings Gules, holding a staff Sable with a ribbon Gules in his right hand, at sinister Gules a fess Or, all superimposed by a pale Argent.
Meaning:
The sinister flanch displays the family arms of the Lords of Gusbach, who died out in the 15th century. The farmer, who might be a village mayor as well, appeared first on local seals from 1796.
