Shield Or, issuant from base a draw well Gules, superimposed by two inescutcheons Or charged Gules.
Meaning:
The new arms combine the old arms, the draw well with symbols of Klein-Gerau (at sinister) and Worfelden (at dexter) in inverted colours.
