It is a red-white-blue vertical tricolour with ratio of stripes approx. 1:4:1. The coat of arms is shifted to the top within the central stripe.

Coat of Arms

The shield is off-centred parted per pale with ratio approx. 2:1; at dexter Gules, above a bell Argent charged with a rooster passant Azure, beneath a glassblower's sign Argent; at sinister Azure an ash Argent couped per pale.
The ash is representing Eschenstruth, the bell Helsa, the rooster St.Ottilien and its Huguenot settlers, the glassblower's sign Wickenrode.
