Fraunhofen, Pappenheim, Haunsperg, Wittelsbach, Fugger. The current version of the castle was built between 1594 and 1615 by Sebastian of Haunsperg and is considered to be one of the most impressing Renaissance buildings in Upper Bavaria (Oberbayern). The crossed leaves are taken from the arms of the former Walkersach municipality. Its biggest part now belongs to Schwindegg. The leaves are taken from the family arms of the Barons of Puech. The tinctures blue and silver are those of Bayern.
